Guiding Principles

Grounded in the Future

Focusing on a 2-3 year period is the best way to understand the competitive rules that will guide products, services, and business models.

Hands On

Only talk about innovation you have personally tried, tested and made “hands on” opinion about.

Spotlight on Value

The currency of an event is value the audience gets from it. Each speech should be tailored to resonate with the unique pulse of the industry.

Respect Time

Any speech should stay within it’s timeframe. Never steal time from your audience, clients or other speakers.

Make Optimism a Driving Force

The role of the futurist is to paint a picture so compelling that it sparks action and optimism, not uncertainty or “now what?” questions.

Connect the Dots

Skip predictions. Connect the dots to guide to help people “read” and understand emerging 'signals' that shape the future.
